What’s the difference between packets and stick packs?
Capsule Packets contain three capsules per packet, one labeled serving, taken with water. Drink Mix Stick Packs contain powder: dissolve one stick in 12 fl oz of water and follow the directions on your box. The bottle contains 45 capsules (15 servings). When should I use Joyrise?
