Send heath@joyrise.com your order number and a one-line reason for the return.

Receive a prepaid label
Once the request is approved, the team emails a prepaid return shipping label.

Drop it in the mail
Pack the eligible product, attach the label, and drop it at the named carrier.

Refund on receipt
The refund is issued to the original payment method when the return is received. Bank posting times vary.

How to start: Email heath@joyrise.com with the subject “Return Request - Order #” and include your order number.
Shipping: Once approved, the team sends a prepaid label for the eligible return.
Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt. Most banks post them within 3 to 5 business days.
